Wear closed toed shoes, dress warm and in layers, bring a water bottle, snacks, an open heart and open mind. All work is done on the ground-no horseback riding is involved.

Join me on a journey of self-exploration and discovery.

In this 3 hour workshop you will:

• Create your own personalized mandala.
• Explore your deepest parts-of-self…some will feel like old friends or foes and some like new acquaintances!
• Establish a plan for showing up as you want in any situation.
• Connect with other individuals interested in personal growth and gaining their own authentic power.
• Experience the love and power of a horse’s heart while you process
